OUR STORY

My husband Scott and I started our Golden journey when I brought home a puppy for his birthday. That was 11yrs ago and we still have old grandma Kera with us today! Scott grew up with golden retrievers and kept telling me we needed one. I on the hand, grew up with Australian Shepherds. I loved how quick to learn they were with so much drive to please. Years later and after much research, we found the hunting bred goldens and I am in LOVE. You just can't beat how trainable and hard working these dogs are. So much drive to work and please, with the ability to shut that off & be the gentle family house dog. So our family has grown and I'm so excited to share these wonderful dogs! Health & sound mind is very important to me. I have been a Registered Veterinary Technologist for 13yrs. Let me tell you, I have seen some awful stuff in my career. My heart breaks every time I see a family suffering because they've decided to put their beloved pet down due to genetic disorders(which could have been prevented had the person who bred it been responsible). That was my push into the breeding world. To learn, educate and help people have peace of mind about choosing a new family member.
